What I describe in the video above is a common scenario where I would potentially be representing both the buyer and the seller in a transaction. I am sure you can see where the line become really fine in this type of relationship. At the the end of the day, I choose not to go this route simply because I feel that I am doing a disservice to both of my clients by owing them both my fiduciary duites(Like Confidentiality!).
